What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage service operations and spares distribution.

• Drive customer satisfaction and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Plan, control, and optimize spare parts inventory.

• Train, mentor, and supervise service teams.

• Develop systems to enhance service efficiency and dealership performance.

What Were Looking For:

• Strong technical and after-sales service background

• Hands-on experience in service network management

• Ability to handle field operations and customer escalations

• Leadership mindset with excellent communication skills
