The 
Quality Assurance Officer
plays a critical role in maintaining high standards across our Admissions and Compliance process. The role involves working closely to review student applications, verify documentation, ensure compliance with university and UKVI requirements, and support the Quality Assurance Manager in delivering accurate, compliant, and high-quality student placements.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our recruitment processes, client interactions, and service delivery meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Working Hours
: Full -Time (Mon -Fri) 8 AM – 4 PM OR 9 AM - 5PM

Salary expectations:
 $200 - $300 Monthly (Based on Experience) + other benefits

 Victoria Island

Main activities and responsibilities

Admissions Quality Assurance

• Work closely with the Admissions Board to review and assess student applications before submission.
• Conduct quality checks on student documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with institutional requirements.
• Review and validate course options, institution selections, and university matches based on students' academic background, work experience, and long-term career goals.
• Carry out detailed reviews of CVs, personal statements, and supporting documents, ensuring they meet university and visa standards.
• Ensure applications align with entry requirements, progression rules, and academic credibility.

Document Verification & Validation

• Perform quality checks on document verification, including academic certificates, transcripts, references, employment letters, bank statements, and other supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or risks in student documentation and flag issues promptly.
• Ensure document authenticity and adherence to both institutional and visa compliance standards.
• Maintain proper records of verified documents in line with internal processes and data protection policies.

Compliance & Risk Assessment

• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) with compliance checks across student applications.
• Review degree accreditation, institutional recognition, and progression routes to ensure credibility.
• Assess career changes, study gaps, employment history, and academic progression to identify potential visa or admissions risks.
• Support internal audits and ensure applications meet regulatory and partner university standards.

UKVI Interview Preparation & Support
(where necessary)

• Support students in preparing for UKVI credibility interviews.
• Review student profiles to identify potential risk areas and prepare tailored interview guidance.
• Ensure students clearly understand their course choice, institution, funding, career progression, and study intentions.
• Conduct mock interviews or interview readiness checks where required.
• Flag high-risk cases to the QAM for further review.

CAS Shield & Offer Review

• Review and assess applications on CAS Shield or equivalent university systems.
• Ensure CAS-related data is accurate, consistent, and compliant before issuance.
• Identify risks that may impact CAS approval and escalate accordingly.
• Support the resolution of CAS queries raised by partner institutions.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with admissions officers, counsellors, and compliance teams to ensure seamless application processing.
• Provide feedback to admissions teams on quality improvements and recurring issues.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers on application quality and compliance outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and best practice implementation.

Additional Key Requirements:

·      Strong understanding of international admissions processes and compliance standards.

·      Knowledge of UKVI requirements and student visa credibility assessment.

·      Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

·      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·      Ability to assess risk and make sound recommendations.

·      High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

·      Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications simultaneously.

Person Specification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, education, or recruitment is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency using CRM systems is desirable.
• Self-motivated, able to work under supervision, take initiative, and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in international student recruitment, admissions, compliance, or quality assurance.
• Familiarity with UK, EU, or other international education systems.
• Experience working with CAS Shield or similar admissions/compliance platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification.

●       Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing own workload and that of the team and planning ahead to meet deadlines.

Special requirements

Able to undertake duties at different premises. Flexibility to work outside of normal office hours to effectively support the company's operations and events.

Travel may be required in order to attend conferences, events, new projects and effectively represent the Company in key networks.
