Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Facility and Admin, based in Lagos. The role involves overseeing the overall management, maintenance, and safety of the facility. Core responsibilities include planning and executing administrative and operational strategies, managing facility budgets, supervising procurement processes, and leading a team to ensure efficient operations. Additionally, the role includes monitoring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards to maintain seamless workplace operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Facility Management (FM), ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of properties and facilities
  • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating operational challenges and providing actionable insights
  • Experience in Budgeting, especially in planning and monitoring financial resources effectively
  • Team Management capabilities to lead and develop a high-performing workforce
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field
  • A professional certification in Facility Management or Administration is an advantage
