About the Role

We're looking for a creative and passionate TikTok Content Creator to join our Marketing Team in Xiaomi Nigeria.

In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, creating TikTok videos for Xiaomi and POCO brands. You'll play a key role in building brand visibility and connecting with young, tech-savvy audiences through engaging short-form content.

Key Responsibilities

Research trending topics, viral formats on TikTok and identify brand-relevant trends for adaptation.

Produce both trend-based and original TikTok videos — including ideation, scripting, filming (on-camera).

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment.

Coordinate with external TikTok agencies and creators to manage content delivery and performance optimization.

Track content performance and audience insights to refine future creative direction.

Requirements

Active TikTok user with strong understanding of the platform's features and editing tools.

Strong sense of current trends, viral topics, and youth culture.

Confident on camera — comfortable appearing in and performing for videos.

Must be available to work on-site, Monday to Friday at our Lagos office.

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

Must possess relevant qualifications from a recognized university .

Experience in content creation, social media marketing, or video production.

Basic video editing skills (e.g., Cap Cut, TikTok Studio, or similar apps).
