Job Summary:

Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies in Talent acquisition & management, Learning & Development, tax compliance, performance management, and employee development. Leverage expertise in tax management and performance appraisal to optimize HR outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Tax Management:

  • Ensure tax compliance for payroll, benefits, and employee-related taxes.

  • Manage tax-related audits, reporting, and disputes.

  • Develop tax-efficient HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Performance Management:

  • Drive performance appraisal processes (goal-setting, feedback, evaluations).

  • Support managers in performance coaching and development planning.

  • Analyze performance data to drive business decisions.

  • HR Business Partnering:

  • Partner with leaders to address HR issues, develop talent, and drive engagement.

  • Support organizational change and development initiatives.

  • Other:

  • Provide HR guidance on employee relations, policies, and compliance.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with tax and performance management expertise.

  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and tax regulations.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage:

  • Familiarity with MicroTech, Finance and Capital, and Microfinance Banking (MFB) fields.
