Job Description

Provision of Videography/photography includes (but not limited to) the following:

· Planning, production, and creation of programmes of digital content to be used across all our digital channels, increasing engagement with our audiences and stakeholders

. 

·

Researching engaging video trends for real estate industry and other essential information that will help establish ideal plans for the company.

· Develop shooting schedules and storyboards for each property to ensure all essential features are captured.

·

Capture high-resolution photos of both the interior and exterior of properties, focusing on overall rooms and unique features. 

·
Perform site visits to all company properties to plan for layout, lighting, and the best shooting angles.

·
Post-process photos to ensure optimal color correction, lighting, and other necessary edits. 

·
 Aiding in making marketing or advertising materials such as reels, Post, trending videos, office videos, and ads videos. 

·
 Responsible for copy-editing and assistance for the creation of coupons, website content, and other marketing tools needed. 

·
 Responsible for all Videos and Photos for the company's brand, products, and services. 

·
Must be able to maintain top-notch client relationships. This is through excellent customer service skills. 

·

Responsible for planning and organizing the development of different marketing videos.

·
 Lead on the day-to-day management of our Video and Photography equipment.

·
Remain current with the company's policies and procedures.

·
Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up to date with the latest creative real estate trends.

·
 Develop motion graphic for the company in areas were needed to promote the brand.

·
Collaborate with the Business Development team in ensuring excellent delivery and on time production of video content for the brand.

·

Prioritise and schedule work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.

·
Contribute to and work with relevant teams and stakeholders to develop, manage, and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.

·
Participate in regular departmental and cross-departmental progress meetings.

·
Train and share knowledge with internal teams wherever possible to empower them to manage their own areas with ad-hoc support.

·
Work with contractors, suppliers, and freelancers as authorized to support the role.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio techniques.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and client-facing experience.
• A solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and media management.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their video specifications is a plus.
