About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, experienced, and people-driven Head of Human Resources to lead and scale our HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support the company's mission, culture, and growth. This role requires a strong background in strategic leadership, talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and values.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, structure, and culture.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, performance, and retention.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and workforce planning in collaboration with department heads.
  • Develop and implement talent development programs, including onboarding, learning & development, and leadership training.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the company.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Performance Management & Culture

  • Oversee performance review processes, goal setting, and feedback systems.
  • Cultivate a high-performance, values-driven culture across teams.
  • Mediate employee relations and resolve conflicts fairly and consistently.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefit programs.
  • Benchmark industry standards and recommend adjustments as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of building or transforming HR functions in a scaling organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with HRIS and data-driven decision making.

Salary : 700k - 800k
