The ideal candidate will beadept at architectural design, construction oversight, and project management,ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the higheststandards. This role involves coordinating with variousstakeholders, managing resources, and guiding projects from concept tocompletion. Requirements  HND or university degree in Architecture, Building orProject Management. Minimum of 3 -10 years of experience in building projectmanagement. Proven track record of successfully delivering buildingprojects.  In -depth understanding of construction methodologies,and materials.  Ability to work as part of a team in a fast -pacedenvironment. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) andother architectural design software. Strong understanding of project management methodologiesand tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Excellent communication, leadership, and clientrelationship skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative problem -solving skills and attention to detail.  Additional Requirements: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent. A portfolio demonstrating successful project management. Travel: Willingness to travel to project sites asrequired. Key Responsibilities: Architectural Design: Develop comprehensive designs and plans tailored toproject requirements and client specifications. Utilize CAD software and other design tools to producedetailed building plans and blueprints. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and closure ofconstruction projects, ensuring they meet predefined scope, quality, and budgetconstraints. Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets,and oversee their implementation. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and otherstakeholders to ensure project alignment and resolve issues promptly. Monitor and manage project progress, conducting regularsite inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and qualitystandards. Implement risk management strategies to anticipatepotential issues and develop mitigation plans. Construction Oversight: Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliancewith design specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations. Review and approve project -related documents, includingcontracts, change orders, and invoices. Ensure effective communication between all partiesinvolved in the project, including clients, contractors, and the superiormanagers.  Client Collaboration:   Engage with clients to understand their vision, needs,and expectations.  Present project proposals, progress updates, and designsolutions, making adjustments based on client feedback. Provide expert advice on design, materials, andconstruction techniques to optimize project outcomes.  Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive projectdocumentation, including design drawings, project plans, and progress reports. Prepare regular status reports for internal and client review, highlightingkey milestones, risks, and issues Benefits Competitive salary and commission structure.
