Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos, Nigeria for a People and Culture professional. The role involves overseeing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and organizational development. The People and Culture professional will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, fostering a positive organizational culture, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Some work-from-home is acceptable.

Qualifications

  • Employee Relations, Recruitment, and Onboarding experience
  • Expertise in Performance Management and Organizational Development
  • Skills in HR Policy Development and Implementation
  • Proficiency in fostering a positive organizational culture, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
