Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant based in Ibadan. The role involves assisting clients in identifying and securing real estate opportunities, managing property transactions, conducting property evaluations, negotiating terms with clients, and closing sales. In addition, the consultant will be responsible for providing advice on property investments, identifying new sales opportunities, and participating in company training programs to enhance professional knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property trends
  • Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation techniques
  • Ability to deliver effective Training and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capacity to effectively manage client relationships
  • Knowledge of the real estate market in Ibadan is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, or a related field is desirable
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
