Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Officer located in lekki, Lagos. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, managing appointments, answering phone calls, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include handling office administration duties, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring the reception area is neat and presentable.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Office Administration tasks
  • Familiarity with managing Office Equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
