Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, ensure efficiency across departments, and drive productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a solid background in managing supply chain, logistics, or operations within the FMCG or food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

* Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency.

* Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes to maintain product quality and availability.

* Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for management decision-making.

* Lead and motivate operational teams to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards.

* Liaise with sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution.

* Identify areas for process improvement and implement cost-effective solutions.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

* Minimum of **4–5 years' experience** in operations, logistics, or supply chain management — preferably in the FMCG or food industry.

* Proven leadership and team management experience.

* Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in MS Office and operations management tools.
