Your Role:

  • Assist in the daily operations of a high-volume restaurant, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate frontline staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
  • Monitor inventory, manage ordering, and minimize waste while controlling costs
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Support scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for team members
  • Uphold brand standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

You Must Have:

Proven experience working in a food service restaurant environment (front-of-house or back-of-house)

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, POS systems, and service standards

High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality or management is a plus

It Would Be Great If You Also Have:

  • Experience in a multi-unit or chain restaurant setting
  • Familiarity with inventory and payroll systems
  • Passion for food, service, and team development
