Our client in the fashion and lifestyle industry is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Supervisor to manage sales operations and oversee store management in Ibadan. The role requires strong leadership in driving performance, optimising sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily operations of the retail store in Ibadan.

  • Oversee stock control, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.

  • Ensure compliance with company operational excellence, and store presentation standards.

  • Prepare regular sales and store performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Coordinate promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' proven experience in sales supervision or store management (fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG preferred).

  • Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills.

  • Track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.

  • Proficiency in sales reporting tools, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
