About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Executive Assistant (Research & Strategy) to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing research-driven insights, managing strategic projects, and ensuring smooth execution of the company's high-level objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research and prepare analytical briefs to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate and manage strategic initiatives, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Draft reports, memos, meeting minutes and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in data collection, market analysis, news and trend monitoring across the housing and media sectors.
  • liaise with other members of the team and ensure the clean and smooth running of the office and the team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive company information with discretion.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and strategic support and assistance to the CEO while ensuring completion or almost completion of daily tasks and goals.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years work experience in web development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data visualization or research tools.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work full time and onsite.
