Position Overview

The Creative Director is responsible for developing and executing a cohesive visual identity for all church media. You will lead the creation of graphics, motion graphics, and video content, ensuring impactful storytelling that aligns with the church's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Strategy: Develop and execute a strong visual identity for all church media, ensuring consistency across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.
  • Team Leadership: Provide creative direction to graphic designers and video production teams, mentoring staff for continuous improvement.
  • Live Production: Design and manage on-screen visual elements (lower thirds, sermon points) during live productions and broadcasts.
  • Innovation: Introduce fresh creative ideas for branding and campaigns, staying updated on design trends and emerging technologies.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with IT, Production, and Communications teams to align creative output with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in Media Arts or Creative Directing, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Media Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with live broadcast workflows.
  • Attributes: A strategic thinker and Spirit-filled Christian dedicated to making a positive impact.
