They are looking for a talented Core Backend Engineer with deep experience in Golang and JavaScript ) to join their dynamic product team.

Job Summary

The Core Backend Engineer will design, build, and maintain the server-side components that power the company's applications and APIs. This role requires strong expertise in Golang and JavaScript, as well as deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, collaborative, and capable of delivering robust backend systems in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Golang and
• Collaborate with frontend engineers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
• Implement and maintain data storage solutions (SQL and NoSQL).
• Integrate third-party APIs and internal services for seamless product functionality.
• Conduct code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and maintain high engineering standards.
• Participate in system design discussions, architecture reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot performance or reliability issues.
• Ensure security, data protection, and compliance within backend processes.
• Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies, frameworks, and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–8 years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on work in Golang.
• Proficiency in Golang, JavaScript ), and modern backend frameworks.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL or gRPC.
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture.
• Understanding of authentication and authorization frameworks (OAuth2, JWT).
• Previous work in fintech, SaaS, or high-traffic production environments.
