Social Media Manager and Content Creator

We're looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who will manage our online presence and bring the Waysdrop story to life. This person will plan, create, and share engaging content across social media platforms, manage community interactions, work with SEO, SEM, Blogs, and help more people discover and love Waysdrop. You'll work closely with the Growth and Partnerships teams to build brand awareness, attract couriers and business partners, and drive engagement through creative storytelling and consistent digital presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and manage Waysdrop's social media pages (Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook) from content ideas to posting and responding to messages.
  • Create engaging videos, graphics, and written content that tell the Waysdrop story and highlight our riders, partners, and product updates.
  • Plan and run social media campaigns for product launches, partnerships, and company milestones.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Growth to make sure all social content supports overall marketing and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to understand new features and communicate them simply through visuals, videos, or short explainers.
  • Support paid marketing campaigns and ads by creating ad creatives, captions, and visuals that convert.
  • Use data and analytics (likes, reach, clicks, signups) to know what works and what doesn't and adjust your content plan accordingly.
  • Partner with influencers, other content creators, and communities that fit our brand to expand our audience.
  • Grow our online community by replying to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and friendly way.
  • Be the first point of contact for customer support on social media.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BSc in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing social media pages or creating content for brands (preferably startups, tech, or logistics).
  • Experience with influencer marketing and community management.
  • Experienced with SEO and paid ads. .
