Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social platforms, create engaging content, and strengthen our online presence. The candidate will also serve as the main link between our team and the external marketing company, ensuring campaigns and strategies are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, videos, and stories).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Act as the main communication link between our team and the marketing company.
  • Provide feedback and updates to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to keep content relevant.
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and build a strong online community.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of both social media and general marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for internal and external collaboration.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics, paid advertising, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of SEO, influencer marketing, and branding is a plus.
