· Ensure compliance with all Quality Control and Assurance procedures, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.· Implement and monitor quality procedures, specifications, and standards as defined by the QA Manager or corporate policies.· Support and prepare for internal and external audits by regulatory bodies and customers.· Assist in maintaining compliance with national and international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC · Supervise the inspection, testing, and analysis of raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.· Conduct routine in -process quality checks on production lines and ensure proper documentation.· Investigate and report non -conformances, coordinating corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).· Maintain proper and accurate quality records and reports for management review.· Use data analysis and quality metrics to monitor performance and recommend improvements.· Work closely with production and operations teams to implement and sustain process control systems and SOP adherence.· Support continuous improvement projects aimed at reducing waste, improving yield, and enhancing product quality.· Recommend process adjustments or improvements based on quality trends and findings.· Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) sessions and follow up on action plans.· Assist in verifying that raw materials and packaging materials meet approved quality standards.· Support communication with suppliers on quality -related issues.· Ensure customer quality requirements are understood and implemented on the production floor.· Participate in handling customer complaints and assist in investigating root causes.· Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality checklists, and other QA documentation.· Prepare weekly and monthly QA reports for management review.· Ensure proper implementation of product traceability and labeling requirements.· Support the Food Safety Team in the implementation and review of the· Monitor cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.· Verify that preventive maintenance and cleaning activities are completed within the required time frame.· Supervise QC inspectors, lab analysts, or line quality checkers during shifts.· Train and guide quality staff and operators on QA procedures, GMP, hygiene, and product standards.· Identify skill gaps and report training needs to the QA Manager or HR   RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.Experience3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in FMCG (preferably food, beverage, or personal care manufacturing).At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role overseeing QA/QC or lab operations.Certifications (Preferred)HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, GMP, or Internal Auditor certification. Six Sigma or Lean Quality knowledge is an added advantage.
