  • Develop, test, and scale paid search, social, programmatic, and referral campaigns that bring in +15% new user growth MoM.
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across onboarding, pricing, and retention flows aiming for a +25% uplift in conversion and reduction in CAC.
  • From first click to long-term retention: define, track, and improve activation, retention, and re-engagement metrics with clear weekly dashboards.
  • Work cross-functionally with content, design, data, and product teams to ship integrated campaigns that convert and actually look good while doing it.
  • Analyze cohorts, funnels, LTV, CAC, and ROI. Build dashboards and growth models that turn data into action and insights into results.
  • From referral programs to viral loops and growth partnerships, test and scale 3 – 5 new growth initiatives per quarter.
  • Document best practices, mentor junior marketers, and help shape a culture of experimentation and learning.
