Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Agent to help expand product reach through direct marketing to retail stores and supermarkets within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a results-driven attitude, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Visit stores and supermarkets within assigned areas to promote and sell products.
  • Achieve sales targets through direct customer engagement across assigned locations.
  • Acquire new retail customers and ensure regular product supply.
  • Achieve monthly targets for new customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with store owners and managers.
  • Provide feedback on market activities and customer needs.
  • Represent the company professionally in the field.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the field or direct sales (FMCG experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be target-driven and reliable.
  • Ability to drive with a valid driver's license (required).
  • Willingness to work hard.
