Overview

Akidi is known for serving authentic Enugu delicacies and beloved Nigerian classics. We're looking for an experienced Barman to join our team. You'll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience at the bar.

What You'll Do

  • Mix and serve drinks based on customer requests and restaurant standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times.
  • Keep track of bar stock and restock when needed.
  • Handle orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Create a fun and welcoming environment for guests.
  • Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND in any field.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, lounge, or hotel.
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, local drinks and serving techniques.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Neat, professional and punctual.
  • Must live within or close to Ejigbo (no accommodation provided).
