Summary of the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager to lead the design, development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of our products. The ideal candidate will have strong product management expertise with a basic understanding of UI/UX concepts, enabling effective collaboration with design teams when needed. The Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, execution, and lifecycle management while ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, document, and prioritize product requirements in alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to guide product decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including App Development, UI/UX, Marketing, and others to deliver high-quality products.
  • Incorporate basic UI/UX considerations, ensuring effective communication with design teams without requiring deep hands-on design skills.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch and post-release optimization.
  • Monitor product performance, track KPIs, and drive strategies that improve adoption, satisfaction, and business outcomes.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and industry trends.
  • Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on emerging technologies and product management best practices.

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
  • Basic exposure to Ul/UX processes and comfort using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or InVision for collaboration.
  • Experience with customer research and usability testing (hands-on expertise not required).
