  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and teamwork.
  • Monitor inventory, place orders, and minimize waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in menu planning, promotions, and daily specials.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, cash handling, and reports using computer systems.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service delivery.
