ROLE DESCRIPTION:
This is a Full time role for an Insurance Sales Executive . The primary responsibility of the Sales Executive will be to identify and recruit new client while maintaining a positive relationship with existing ones.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company's policies and services.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Insurance, Business Management or a related Field. Individuals with ND and HND can also apply.

  • Prior experience as a sales specialist, preferably in insurance industry is a plus but not compulsory.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and recruit new client, maintain positive relationship with existing client and grow the business.

  • Exceptional communication and Negotiation skills.

  • Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry and related product is a plus.
