Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating housekeeping operations, managing the laundry process, assigning tasks to staff, and ensuring cleanliness standards are upheld. The role also entails supervising daily activities, maintaining customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory, and providing guidance to housekeeping staff to foster an efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively manage staff and assign responsibilities
  • Experience in Housekeeping operations and Laundry management
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs and collaborate with the team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards
  • Prior experience in hospitality management is a plus
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with certification in hospitality management as an advantage
