Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Sales Consultant. The person in this position will generate property sales, build and maintain client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new market opportunities, presenting properties to potential buyers, negotiating sales contracts, and following up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role may involve staying updated on market trends, and representing the company at virtual or in-person events to promote its offerings.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Real Estate Sales, Real Estate market understanding, and Sales skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address client needs effectively
  • Experience in providing training or guiding clients throughout the real estate transaction process
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with online property listing platforms and digital tools is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
