Logistics Officer

About the Role

Hush Homes is seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Officer to support our operations in Asaba. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth coordination of site activities, efficient movement of materials, and timely delivery of resources needed across our estate projects. This role is critical to maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting our project teams on the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the movement of materials, equipment, and supplies to and from project sites.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, inventory, and stock levels.
• Work closely with procurement, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure timely delivery of resources.
• Manage fleet schedules, vehicle maintenance, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards during loading, unloading, and transportation.
• Track and update delivery timelines, delays, and logistic challenges, providing timely reports to management.
• Liaise with vendors, drivers, and third-party logistics companies for efficient service delivery.
• Support administrative functions related to logistics documentation and filing.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics, preferably within real estate, construction, or a similar industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Asaba routes and local vendors is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic reporting tools.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 per month
