Objective

To drive Fluxel's profitability and market expansion by developing data-driven pricing systems, optimizing revenue channels, and executing growth initiatives that improve user acquisition, retention, and overall platform performance.

Core ResponsibilitiesA. Pricing & FX Framework

  • Monitor real-time FX data and competitor pricing (Wise, LemFi, Grey, Sendwave, TransFi, etc.).
  • Build and maintain corridor pricing formulas that ensure sustainable and competitive margins.
  • Translate pricing logic into developer-ready formulas or JSON structures for API implementation.
  • Conduct weekly audits of corridor rates to identify errors, negative spreads, or off-market pricing.

B. Revenue Modeling & Forecasting

  • Develop monthly revenue forecasts across all corridors and product lines (wallet, merchant, P2P, business payments).
  • Track actual revenue versus projections and escalate anomalies to product and finance teams.
  • Produce summarized revenue data for investor updates, regulatory reviews, and compliance reporting.

C. Product & Development Support

  • Work with the Product Manager to ensure new features (fees, rewards, cashback, FLX incentives) are revenue-positive.
  • Collaborate with developers to test rate accuracy, fee calculations, and API responses.
  • Provide detailed data sheets and validation models for both backend and frontend integration.
  • Review all user-facing pricing assets (rate cards, fee disclosures) for correctness and coherence.

D. Growth Strategy & Marketing Analytics

  • Design and execute user-acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies across all product lines.
  • Analyze performance of acquisition channels (referrals, social media, influencers, communities).
  • Evaluate user behavior patterns to optimize conversion funnels and reduce churn.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with pricing opportunities and revenue objectives.
  • Conduct A/B tests on pricing, messaging, onboarding flows, and promotions.

E. Analytics & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets or Power BI for corridor performance, user metrics, and revenue distribution.
  • Measure the impact of pricing and growth decisions on key performance indicators.
  • Recommend strategic adjustments based on FX volatility, user patterns, and regulatory changes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Maintain healthy and competitive corridor margins.
  • Achieve consistent month-over-month revenue and user growth.
  • Zero pricing or fee miscalculations after deployment.
  • Deliver accurate weekly revenue and growth reports.
  • Submit comprehensive monthly strategy reports to management.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas).
  • Basic SQL or Python for analytical workflows.
  • Familiarity with fintech APIs, FX systems, and Supabase architecture.
  • Experience with growth analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Educational & Professional Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or Business Analytics.
  • 1–3 years of experience in fintech, remittances, growth strategy, revenue management, or pricing analysis.
