Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Developer who can build and enhance a secure retail mobile banking application using React Native. Implement onboarding, KYC capture, dashboards, notifications, secure session handling, and resilient mobile patterns for real-world network conditions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build onboarding flows including KYC capture, document upload, and verification journeys
  • Implement OTP/MFA handling and secure session refresh patterns
  • Develop dashboard, profile management, and in-app notification experiences
  • Build reusable mobile UI component kit for consistency and delivery speed
  • Implement secure token storage and mobile security best practices
  • Implement offline-assisted data capture and resilient sync behaviours
  • Support push notifications (FCM/APNS) and notification routing
  • Collaborate with backend and QA teams to validate end-to-end flows
  • Support release hardening, bug fixing, and store readiness

Required Skills

  • 4+ years with React Native and TypeScript
  • Secure storage (Keychain/Keystore) and session handling experience
  • Experience with camera/document capture, compression, and reliable uploads
  • Push notifications experience (FCM/APNS)
  • Performance optimisation and stability debugging skills
  • Experience supporting Android/iOS release delivery

Nice-to-Have

  • Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) exposure
  • App automation testing (Detox/Appium)
  • Fintech experience in low-connectivity environments.
  • Banking/regulated systems experience
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments (banking preferred)
  • Strong agile delivery experience and collaboration mindset
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Familiarity with on-premise enterprise environments and structured release cycles
  • Availability to support stabilization cycles during delivery and go-live milestones.
