The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating content, and engaging followers. After content/campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

  • Create and post engaging and relevant mental health-related content (pictures, videos, stories, tips, etc.) regularly.
  • Pepresent the organization to the world through consistent, visualy appealing and very relatable content
  • Manage all social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and professional way.
  • Reach people in need of support through social media campaigns and direct messages.
  • Run ads and promotions to increase visibility
  • Work with the team to plan programs and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor post performance and suggest simple ways to grow engagement and sales.
  • Stay updated on global mental health trends and what competitors are doing online

Qualificatio
ns

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience using Canva and Google Workspace
  • Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
