We are a fast-growing edtech initiative focused on equipping students with in-demand tech skills through engaging, expert-led courses. With 7 specialized courses, our mission is to empower the next generation of African tech talent.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a Growth Marketing Manager. We're looking for a results-driven Growth Marketer to help us scale enrolment and fill each course with at least 15 paying students within 3 months. This is a milestone-based contract role — payment will be tied to clearly defined performance targets.

This role requires on-site presence and is located in Rivers State, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to attract and convert students.

Optimize marketing funnels across digital channels (social media, email, paid ads, content).

Set up and run high-ROI campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn.

Collaborate with the team to create compelling content that drives signups.

Track KPIs and report progress towards student acquisition goals.

Identify partnerships or affiliate opportunities that can boost growth.

Milestones & Payment Structure

Each milestone is tied to achieving student enrolment targets across 7 tech courses.

Ideal Candidate

Proven track record in performance marketing, preferably in edtech or online courses.

Strong understanding of paid media, SEO, content marketing, and lead conversion.

Self-starter with a growth-hacking mindset and data-driven approach.

Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Ability to work on-site in Rivers State.
