Job Title: Pharmacy Supervisor

Location: Ebute Metta, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time (Onsite)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supervise daily pharmacy operations and ensure staff efficiency and discipline

· Ensure compliance with PCN, NAFDAC, and internal SOPS

· Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, fast-moving items, and procurement needs

· Ensure ethical handling and sale of pharmaceutical products

· Enforce accountability, punctuality, and proper task execution among staff

· Prepare and submit clear daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Management (MD)

· Maintain accurate records using Excel and POS systems

· Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

· Preferred: B.Sc. or HND in Pharmacy Technology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field

· Acceptable Alternative: B.Sc./HND in Business Administration or a related discipline, provided the

· candidate demonstrates:

· Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and pharmacy operations

· Ability to supervise staff effectively and enforce standards

· Minimum 3-5 years experience in a pharmacy or structured retail/healthcare environment

· Previous supervisory, administrative, or operations leadership experience is required
