Job Title: Manager, Production
Job Summary:
The Manager, Production oversees all cement manufacturing operations to ensure optimal output, quality, and equipment efficiency while maintaining safety and cost targets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Manage daily plant operations to achieve production and quality goals.
Ensure availability and efficient use of raw materials and equipment.
Supervise production teams to maintain safety and operational standards.
Oversee plant startups, shutdowns, and maintenance coordination.
Monitor process parameters to ensure consistent product quality.
Implement continuous improvement and cost-optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards.
Prepare production reports and provide operational insights.
Lead, train, and evaluate production staff for high performance.
Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 18 years' experience in cement manufacturing or heavy process industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of cement production processes and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and optimize plant operations.
