You will be responsible for driving profitability, expanding our client base, overseeing all projects, and instilling a culture of excellence, safety, and quality.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for the company's operations and growth strategy.
  • Oversee fabrication, construction, welding, and marine logistics operations.
  • Ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to clients' specifications.
  • Lead business development efforts and drive new revenue streams.
  • Improve internal processes, productivity, and service quality.
  • Represent the company in stakeholder engagements, industry meetings, and regulatory interactions.
  • Monitor financial performance and ensure the company's profitability.
  • Develop and implement company policies, procedures, and strategic objectives.
  • Supervise departmental heads and ensure accountability across all units.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 8–10 years' experience in the oil & gas, fabrication, EPC, or marine services sector.
  • Proven track record leading operations or business units.
  • Strong financial, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of fabrication processes, project management, and Nigerian oil & gas sector dynamics.
  • COREN registered is an added bonus
