We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: HR Payroll Specialist

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Process payroll: Collect timekeeping data, calculate wages, overtime, and bonuses, and process regular payroll runs.
  • Maintain records: Keep employee records up-to-date with changes in exemptions, benefits, and job status. Maintain the confidentiality of all payroll information.
  • Generate reports: Create and distribute payroll reports to HR and finance departments, including summaries of expenses, taxes, and earnings.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above, with priority given to majors related to human resource management, enterprise management, etc.
  • 3-5 years of payroll experience.
