BRIEF JOB PROFILE
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to promote and sell both new and existing insurance products.
- Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and regular follow-up.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Deliver excellent service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Consistently achieve sales and business development targets.
- Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
REQUIREMENT
- Educational Background:
- A minimum of a
B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline
is required. This provides the foundational knowledge needed for sales, marketing, and client relationship management. - Relevant Experience:
- At least
3 years of post-qualification experience
in a similar role
within the insurance industry
. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record of selling insurance products, achieving targets, and managing client portfolios. - Communication Skills:
- Strong
verbal and written communication abilities
are essential to clearly present insurance solutions, negotiate effectively, and maintain professional interactions with clients. - Networking & Relationship Building:
- Must possess excellent
networking skills
and the ability to
build and sustain long-term client relationships
