A reputable Montessori preschool is seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join its teaching team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in early childhood education and committed to nurturing the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of young learners.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Montessori-based lessons and activities.
  • Foster a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Observe, assess, and document each child's individual progress.
  • Encourage independence, creativity, and curiosity in learners.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians on student development.
  • Maintain classroom organization and ensure adherence to Montessori principles.

Requirements:

  • NCE / B.Ed. / B.Sc. in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Montessori training or certification is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching preschool or early years.
  • Excellent communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
