About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Developer with strong proficiency in React Native to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across platforms.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and cloud-based services.
  • Identify and fix bugs, and continuously optimize app performance.
  • Stay up to date with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development.
  • Strong proficiency in React Native with proven experience delivering production-grade apps.
  • Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, or Java) is a plus.
  • Experience with Flutter or other cross-platform frameworks is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, mobile UI/UX principles, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX, Recoil).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and app store deployment processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using TypeScript in React Native projects.
  • Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or AWS Amplify.
  • Previous experience working in agile environments with distributed teams.
