Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telemarketing Intern. The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and providing customer support as needed. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team to achieve outreach goals and assist in maintaining customer relationships by delivering excellent service through various communication channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify and pursue prospective clients effectively
• Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Support skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues efficiently
• Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written communication, to engage with clients professionally
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and telemarketing software is a plus
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or telemarketing is an advantage
