What You'll Do

* Develop, introduce, and maintain market-competitive and cost-effective compensation strategies.

* Evaluate and recommend salary structures, short- and long-term incentive programs, and job evaluations.

* Lead people cost budgeting, controlling, and reporting ensuring alignment with corporate and functional objectives.

* Support employee motivation and engagement initiatives within the total reward framework.

* Collaborate across teams to ensure fairness, transparency, and sustainability in compensation decisions.

* Partner with external providers to benchmark, analyze, and continuously improve our reward practices.

What You'll Bring

* 5–7 years' experience in Rewards, Compensation, or Finance within the FMCG or related industries.

* ⁠Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.

* ⁠Knowledge in advanced excel

* Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and reward systems.

* Excellent financial, analytical, and project management skills.

* Strategic thinker with sound judgment, planning, and organizational excellence.

* Passion for people development, coaching, and change management.
