Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Architect based in Uyo. The Site Architect will be responsible for overseeing architectural design and implementation at construction sites, ensuring projects align with planned specifications and standards. The role includes collaborating with engineering teams, supervising construction progress, and ensuring architectural and structural integrity. The Site Architect will also coordinate with project management to ensure timelines are met and troubleshoot site-specific issues or challenges as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of structural principles and construction techniques
  • Experience in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and team coordination
  • Strong understanding of Software Development and Integration for architecture-related tools and technologies
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and sustainable building practices is highly beneficial
  • Prior experience with infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, or buildings is an added advantage
