Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Communications and Marketing Specialist. In this role, the Specialist will develop strategic communication plans, create captivating marketing content, and manage the organization's branding across channels. Key responsibilities include social media management, campaign development, content creation, and fostering community engagement. The Specialist will also collaborate closely with other teams to drive the organization's mission and ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Communications Planning, Marketing Strategy, and Digital Campaign Development.
  • Proficiency in Content Creation, Writing, and Editing for diverse platforms and audiences.
  • Skills in Social Media Management, Brand Positioning, and Community Engagement.
  • Knowledge of Public Relations, Marketing Analytics, and tools like SEO and Google Analytics.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and deliver results with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in nonprofit organizations or in the AI/technology sector is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
