Role Description

This is an on-site contract role located in Lagos for a Quality Assurance & Service Standards Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and ensuring service standards, conducting quality assurance audits, identifying areas for improvement, and developing actionable solutions. Additionally, they will provide training and guidance to teams, implement quality control procedures, maintain compliance with organizational policies, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes. Collaborating cross-functionally, they will reinforce a culture of excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Service Standards evaluation, Quality Assurance, and Compliance tracking
  • Strong skills in Report Preparation, Data Analysis, and Problem Solving
  • Excellent Team Collaboration, Training, and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Ability to design and implement effective Quality Control processes
  • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and time management skills
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in quality assurance
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; certifications in Quality Assurance or related field are a plus
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or service standards roles will be advantageous
