We're Hiring: HR Officers (Recruitment, Performance Management & L&D Focus)

Locations: Akwa Ibom, Uyo, Rivers & Lagos (On Site)

We are seeking experienced HR Officers with strong expertise in Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Training to join our growing HR team across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes

Support performance management implementation

Develop and coordinate training & L&D programs

Maintain accurate HR records and reports

Contribute to HR process improvement and employee engagement initiatives

Requirements:

Degree in HRM, Business Admin or related field

Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience

Good understanding of performance management cycles

Experience in training or L&D coordination

Excellent communication, organization & interpersonal skills
