We are hiring a compassionate Auxiliary Nurse to provide basic patient care and support to medical staff. The ideal candidate must be attentive, caring, and skilled in routine clinical tasks.

• Minimum Qualification : OND
• Experience Level : Entry level
• Experience Length : 2 years
• Working Hours : Evening/Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and medical officers, ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients at all times.
• Perform basic medical procedures such as checking temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration, while promptly reporting any unusual observations or changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or doctor.
• Support in administering prescribed medications and treatments as directed, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to medical protocols.
• Help patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility, and personal hygiene to promote comfort and dignity.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe patient environments by disinfecting surfaces, changing bed linens, and ensuring infection control procedures are strictly followed.
• Assist nurses and doctors during medical examinations, dressing of wounds, and other clinical operations.
• Monitor and replenish medical supplies, equipment, and consumables as needed in wards and treatment areas.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide emotional support and accurate information.
• Participate in patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring all necessary documentation and handovers are properly completed.
• Uphold confidentiality, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions, adhering to ethical and institutional healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Certificate or training as an Auxiliary Nurse.
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred.
• Empathy patience and good communication skills.
• Ability to work in shifts.
