Gaming Writer

About The Role:

We're looking for a Gaming Writer who can blend creativity, insight, accuracy, and genuine passion for gaming into engaging written content. Someone who understands game mechanics, follows gaming trends, and can communicate complex gameplay concepts in a fun, clear, and relatable way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and write original articles on gaming news, esports, reviews, game guides, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to pitch, refine, and execute creative story ideas.
• Ensure factual accuracy, clarity, and SEO alignment in all written pieces.
• Stay updated on trending games, gaming culture, and community conversations

Requirements:

• Willing to resume onsite at our office.
• Proven experience as a gaming writer or content creator (portfolio, articles, or samples required).
• Strong understanding of gaming across genres.
• Excellent command of English, with strong storytelling and editorial judgment.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital publishing best practices is a plus.
• Passion for gaming trends, gaming communities, consoles, PC gaming, and the gaming industry at large.

Compensation: ₦200,000 per month (depending on experience and output)
