This Position is for the Front Desk Office of a Laundry. The front desk receptionist is an administrative support employee that is responsible for performing general administrative and clerical support duties, tagging and properly handling the clothes of the customers, including managing the front office reception of the laundry.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly as they enter the facility, assist with inquiries, and provide information about services offered.
- Order Management: Take in laundry orders, including sorting items, labeling them, and entering details into the system. Ensure accurate tracking of customer orders.
- Payment Processing: Handle transactions. Provide receipts and manage the register and equipment.
- Scheduling: Manage appointments for laundry services, including drop-off and pick-up times. Coordinate with staff to ensure timely service.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding service inquiries, pricing, and special requests. Relay messages to appropriate staff members.
- Inventory Management: Keep track of laundry supplies and materials, such as detergents and packaging, and notify management when stock is low.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that promotional materials and service information are up to date.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer orders, payments, and any special requests or notes related to specific customers
- Collaboration: Work closely with laundry staff to ensure efficient workflow and communicate any special instructions or customer preferences.

- 1 year experience
- Minimum of OND
- A warm and welcoming personality
- Great communication skills

- Pay is 80,000 Naira
