Position Overview

The Graphics Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and delivering visual communication strategies. You will create visually compelling designs for social media, events, and print platforms, ensuring the church's message is effectively conveyed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality graphics for social media, website banners, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Event Branding: Produce customized branding for church services, conferences, and special programs.
  • Brand Management: Maintain consistency by adhering to branding guidelines and developing assets like logos and templates.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and organized archiving.
  • Production: Prepare print-ready designs and coordinate with external vendors for production.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design or visual communication, preferably within a faith-based organization.
  • Education: First Degree in Graphic Design or a related technical program.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects).
  • Attributes: A Spirit-filled Christian with exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
